Welcome to the indicator and financial proxy database for use in measuring social impact using Social Return on Investment. This database should be used in association with the Guide to SROI. (PDF downloadable version)

2) Once you select an outcome type, you will be presented with a list of  specific outcomes, indicators and proxies.

The indicator and proxy database is now functional. Organisations are welcome to make use of this database for their SROI research. However, please be aware that this resource is still being developed. Some content may not be fully verified. The SROI Project Team welcome all comments, feedback and advice from anyone making use of the database

Please remember that you may need to use more than one indicator to measure change, and to take care when using financial proxies (particularly average costs).

Over time, the information available in the database will increase, but we will want to focus further research in areas that will be of assistance to you. Contact us also if you want to add indicators and proxies that you may have developed.
