Forth Sector Development

Forth Sector Development is a business consultancy to the Third Sector.  With a team of highly professional Business Development Consultants with experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors, they understand the complex dynamics that can arise when organisations establish and grow as social enterprises.

SROI Network

Haldane Associates

Haldane Associates is a small independent development consultancy working in the social enterprise and third sectors.

The organisation is led by Sheila Durie, who has over 25 years experience in these sectors, recognised in Scotland as a researcher, business planner and trainer with significant expertise in social enterprise and mental health employment issues.

They aim to improve quality of life by promoting innovative solutions that challenge mainstream thinking on economic, environment and social issues, working in partnership and putting people and the planet first.

nef works with all sections of society in the UK and internationally - civil society, government, individuals, businesses and academia - to create more understanding and strategies for change.

nef has been at the forefront of many of the developments in relation to SROI, promoting its use in public policy, procurement and social investment.

NPC are passionate about helping effective charities to get the funds they need to change lives for the better: -

Experienced in carrying out both SROI and cost-benefit analysis NPC are currently developing a single database for all types of data about social impact which is being piloted in 2009.

Social Audit Network (SAN)

SAN was established to promote, facilitate and encourage the use of social accounting and audit especially within the social enterprise and social economy sectors, through the sharing of information and experience. SAN and SROI network have been working to harmonise the statements of principles and frameworks adopted by SROI and Social Accounting.

Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations.

is a unique forum for chief officers in the voluntary sector in Scotland which promotes excellence in leadership and management.

ACSOVO provide professional development opportunities, through a range of services and activities, to a diverse association membership across Scotland.
